30-day return window

You may return most items within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in original condition with packaging intact, with no damage and no removed labels.

Return process

Before returning an item, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Contact us with your order number and reason for return to request an RMA.

Refunds and exchanges

Refunds or exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Exchanges are limited to identical items. Cash on Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.
